Catherine Borgman-Arboleda
Catherine works with individual parents and groups guiding them to work through fears and conditioning that so complicate their ability to tap into authentic knowing and support their children and young people. She draws from her own experience raising two girls, one with complex mental health issues, which has been a catalyst for her commitment to this work, and allows her to bring a high degree of empathy and insight into other parents' lives and challenges. As a long time adviser and facilitator in the fields of human rights and women's empowerment, she brings a background in learning strategies and human potential, creating dynamic interactions with concrete tools, and a broader understanding of the world. She is certified with Dr. Shefali Tsabary in Conscious Parenting/coaching and Dr. Gabor Maté's C.I. approach, and has worked with many teachers at the intersection of trauma-informed therapy, personal development and spirituality.
